VNAF Military ID Card - 04

During 1972-1975, American civilians were assigned to Viet Nam to perform work not allowed to be performed by US servicemen. The most famous of these is Air America, but there are others. A handful of these Americans served with Vietnamese units. When on a base or in the field, an ID badge had to be worn on the right breast pocket or on a chain around the neck when in civilian clothes. These badges were issued by the Security Unit of the Military Postal Sector; the large red handstamp indicates the issuing KBC designation.
