Su Doan Nhay Du (ND) KBC 3058 "Su Doan Nhay Du" means Airborne Division, "TD 5 Nhay Du" ("TD" = Tieu Doan) means 5th Airborne Battalion and "Quan Thu" means Military Mail. Cover is cancelled 11-10-1967. Warning! These covers are being produced in quantity in Viet-Nam to defraud collectors. Based on this eyewitness information, covers like this one should be considered fantasy issues (fakes). This type of cover has yellow and red bands in the upper right corner and bears a cachet depicting a winged parachute and star. The covers are not franked with postage stamps, and all known covers have a red unit handstamp from either KBC 4563, KBC 4709 or KBC 3058. Covers are known cancelled between 1966 and 1972. This particular cover was "sent" from KBC 3058 to KBC 4142, a Recon Unit as indicated by the term "Tham Bao" (Company 21 Recon Unit) - but again, this cover is a fantasy creation.
