The unit that carried the cover from another ship or from the ground base applied the red "bridge" hand stamp. It is difficult to read this marking, but appears to bear the initials "D.D.V.T." or "Transportation Company". The black typical "Quan Buu" cancel was applied by a postman on 31 July 1971. "D.V.S. 230.7" = "Dinh Vu So" or job/responsibility number 230.7.
