"Buu Dien" - Registered Mail Cover KBC 4002 Stampless cover from General Staff and Command Headquarters sent via Registered Mail, with "buu dien" (post office) handstamp marking upper left. Registration number 13828 was applied by a second handstamp in red ink. Apparently, mail from headquarters was sent postage free, at least during the period the cover was mailed (14 Jun 1974).
